At Pickleball Paradise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as personalized or custom items, opened accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please check the product description for more details.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@Shoppickleballparadise.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you'll be provided with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspecting Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets our return criteria, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@Shoppickleballparadise.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved, we will refund the original purchase price to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
